Creative releases official ZenVision W details

Details and speculation about the ZenVision W have been leaking out for a while now, but Creative has finally released the official specs.

The player is getting quite a bit of attention, and the 4.3-inch 16:9 format TFT LCD is a big part of the reason. The player comes in both 30GB and 60GB models, and it can play a full range of video formats. A composite AV-out connection lets you view your video on either a PAL or a NTSC TV. A built-in Compact Flash slot provides another way to transfer data to and from the device.

You can obviously play music on the device as well. Besides the normal stuff, the ZenVision W is also designed to support music subscription services like Yahoo! Music Unlimited and Napster To Go. You’ll find a bunch of other features here too, like an organizer, clock, built-in microphone, screen protector, travel charger and a wired remote, with an IR remote optional.

The 30GB version will be available today, and the 60GB model will be out by the end of September.
