Sony Ericsson is a caring company – they don’t want you to kill yourself or someone else when you are talking on the phone when you should be driving. Their new HCB-100 Bluetooth Car Speakerphone provides a new option for speaking on your mobile phone handsfree without sacrificing sound quality.

You can put the device anywhere in the car that is handy, and a clip is included to attach it to the sun visor if that works best for you. It includes everything that you would need to answer a call: a button for receiving or hanging up calls, a mute button, a volume control so you can hear what others are saying, and a battery indicator so you know if you are in danger of running out of juice.

Since this was just spotted on the FCC website there is no word yet on cost or availability, but it did just get the all-important stamp of approval.
