Epson EMP-1715: portable plug-and-play projector

For those fun home movies or TV shows downloaded to your iPod, there’s the Epson EMP-1715, a USB plug-and-play portable video projector.

You can hook up this small yet powerful projector to a thumb drive, an MP3 player or, of course, a PC. You can open a handful of applications and switch between them using the projector’s display.

The Epson EMP-1715 is very small, registering 273×193 mm and weighing only 1.7 kg. It is eminently portable, as long as you remember to bring that USB cable along. The rest is wireless.
