Powered by an Intel Core Duo processor, the Sens R40 comes with a pretty decent feature set, but nothing that is exactly industry leading. The 80GB hard drive is adequate, but it would have been nice to see a full gig of RAM rather than the 512MB found in this unit. Graphics comes by way of an ATI Radeon Xpress 200M. Other key specs include a DVD burner, Atheros Super G WLAN, easy hot keys for multimedia content, and 4w stereo speakers.
No word on an American launch, but it seems the people of Korea can get their hands on the Samsung Sens R40 for about 1,400,000 KRW (US$1,469).
