While we aren’t exactly engulfed in portable television solutions here in North America, DMB is absolutely huge over in Korea, where all sorts of devices from laptops to cell phones having the ability to catch some Korean soaps on the fly. LG has been at the forefront of this trend, selling DMB-capable PocketPC PDAs for almost a year now, but with the PM800 they’ve added in some extra functionality: TPEG GPS.

Not only will you be able to keep track of your appointments, maintain your contact list, and watch some excellent television programming while on the go, but you can also find out exactly how to get to wherever you’re going. The TPEG (Transport Protocol Experts Group) variety of GPS does not require any additional hardware for real-time traffic information, allowing you to avoid the rush hour gridlock.

No pricing information was provided, but this is most likely only destined for the Korean market. (No surprise there)
