Coming soon to a WAP site near you: mobile advertising of a concerted order.

A start up company called MADS is announcing the creation of a new advertising network for mobile websites. The enterprising thing about this network is that its developers say it will deliver real-time dynamic ads based on criteria such as content type or keywords, time of day, name of GSM network, and type and location of the mobile device.

This is targeting on the order of GPS navigation, ads can be placed within mobile games and applications as well.

The MADserver that the company developed specifically for this ad network is compatible with wml, xhtml, j2me, DoJa, and Symbian protocols.

The service will be available primarily in Europe, with the main focus being the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the U.K.
