Does anybody make an 'affordable' cellular phone detection unit for use in scools, etc? Needs to be small and accurate from 20km to on the dot, to catch those little cellular cheaters. Finally, must be affordable so that teachers can buy it, since districts won't be too interested in shelling out the bucks.__I would be happy to test one out for some body for a couple of semesters... no charge for my services. Oh... U.S. , by the way.____YeahBuddy@ymail.com
