As if a regular run of the mill BMW wasn’t enough to get your juices running, the German automaker has just unveiled their new 335i coupe which boasts an inline 3.0L six-cylinder engine capable of 300 hp and 300 lbs-ft of torque (that’s a lot of 3s, quite fitting for the BMW 3-series) thanks largely to the twin turbos. If you (or your bankbook) are not up to the task, you can opt for the car’s lesser cousin, the 328i, which comes with a naturally aspirated 230hp variant of the inline six.
As expected, you’ll get the super bright high intensity discharge (HID) Xenon Adaptive headlights that you see on just about every Bimmer on the road these days. Rear wheel drive may be fun and all, but if you really want optimum control, then you’ll love hearing that the 335i comes with the company’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system. Floor the puppy to get from 0-62mph in a mere 5.5 seconds.
Look for the new BMW 335i to start popping up in showrooms this September.
