MobileNavigator 5 from Navigon guides you past traffic

Navigon has released a new naviagtion application, MobileNavigator 5, which can become your best friend in traffic. The software lets you receive real time traffic updates via a TMC receiver. You can get speed limit warnings and turn-by-turn voice guidance. With a subscription service and a Navigon receiver you can even learn of traffic congestion and how to avoid it.

MobileNavigator 5 comes preloaded with maps of Canada, the U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska, Mexico and Puerto Rico. If you need more, there are optional maps available of 27 countries in Europe and six Persian Gulf states. The program shows highway signs as they appear on the road and is preloaded with information about the important sites you need on the go like ATMs, restaurants and hotels. It has Full Fuzzy Logic Street Search, which recognizes an address when you only enter part of it.

MobileNavigator 5 is compatible with almost all GPS devices, Smartphones and Pocket PCs. Pricing starts at $79.95.
