Like many of you, I’m too young to have been around for the glory days of the jukebox. I have seen lots of them, but they have never been new and rarely have fresh music in them. That might change with the Wurlitzer One More Time CD/iPod Jukebox. To start with, it has room for 100 CDs, complete with the title cards to help you choose what you want to hear. More impressively, though, it has a dock on the front for your iPod. That means you can add thousands more songs. Also the sound will be a bit better than a typical old school jukebox. A Bose Acoustimass sound system provides the noise.
The jukebox comes with an LED display and a microprocessor to handle credits and playlists. It comes in two main body colors – black and white. You can have your own, but it won’t be cheap. Prices start at around US $9,150.
