
It seems that Acer wants to be a part of the picture as well, and has jumped into the HD-DVD camp – at least for now – with word that the company will be selling a notebook computer featuring that format’s drive.
I’m not sure how official this tidbit of news is, however, as it didn’t come straight from the horse’s mouth, and as such, the electronics manufacturer hasn’t released any further information about its HD-DVD laptop yet. So, we’ll just have to wait and see until they decide to tell us… or if the deets leak, which is usually the case.
