The Spectrum watch is remarkably thin and incredibly flexible, making for a very comfortable fit. But it’s not the fit that will get you second glances; it’s the e-ink technology and “microcapsule-type Electrophoresis display module.” To change settings and whatnot, just make use of the touch sensitive buttons “which require no physical force.”
The watches will jump onto the world’s biggest online garage sale site starting March 19th, with auctions running until March 25th. The official price, when the Spectrum watch was launched last year, was $1,747, but you should expect these eBay auctions to run up quite a bit higher than that. All proceeds from sales will be donated to the Help A London Child charity.
