Nokia Wireless Audio Gateway AD-42W connects the groove

If you are one of those people who simply must listen to your favorite music files wherever you may be, Nokia offers you the Nokia Wireless Audio Gateway AD-42W, a device that enables users to listen to audio files located on their compatible mobile gadgets wirelessly with their home stereo systems.

The Nokia gateway also enables users to listen to audio stored on their desktops with their home stereos. If you wish, you can even listen to your audio files privately by simply using compatible wireless headsets such as the Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH-601 or Nokia Wireless Stereo Headset HS-12W.

The Nokia Wireless Audio Gateway AD-42W is extremely easy to use… a child can do it! It connects to your home stereo through ordinary RCA cable. It also has a switch to easily change the usage mode (i.e., to or from the music source).

The device is usable with BT A2DP v1.0 compatible phones such as the Nokia 8800 or 8801 mobile phones and is expected to be launched in the second quarter of 2006.
