Nokia launches the Nokia Lifeblog 2.0, an upgrade to their software that the firm believes is the ‘ultimate personal photo album for the 21st century’. The software is designed exclusively for Nokia Nseries multimedia PCs and makes taking, collecting and keeping multimedia content super easy and convenient.
The Nokia Lifeblog 2.0 is a computer and mobile device application that helps users create their own multimedia diaries. You can store anything you like such as your favorite music files, videos and pictures of yourself, friends and family. You can even store messages and text notes. And since the software enables you to do this in a chronological way, you are able to easily search and locate whatever you want… anytime you want it. You can even share content between your mobile device and compatible computer.
What makes this new software even handier is that it enables users to setup their Nokia Nseries devices to connect images with data such as the time and location the photo was taken. For example, if you make an entry on your Calendar (e.g., mom’s birthday), pictures taken during that time will be tagged with that information.
The software compatible PCs is no available for free download at http://www.nokia.com/lifeblog. The new mobile software compatible with all Nokia Nseries devices on the other hand, is anticipated to be available for free download from the end of April 2006.
