Sometimes you are forced to sacrifice some security for the convenience of Wi-Fi when you’re on the road. Fiberlink Communications and T-Mobile HotSpot have teamed up to eliminate the need for that compromise. Mobile workers will now be able to access the T-Mobile HotSpot Network using Fiberlink’s Extend360, the secure mobile access software. Since there are more than 6,700 T-Mobile HotSpot locations in the U.S., this partnership combines simple and reliable access with the security and cost control measures that companies are demanding.

Fiberlink’s Extend360 software provides one click access for mobile workers to their corporate environment. That means that workers can access their corporate networks anytime and anywhere, with the safety of full security. The software integrates with existing anti-virus programs and personal firewalls. Real time remediation automatically fixes security vulnerabilities. Cost control measures let companies limit usage and centralize billing and reporting.

The new wireless service is available immediately through Fiberlink.
