Limited edition Maserati GranSport MC Victory

It’s right there in its name. This car is a winner. Hot on the heels of winning the 2005 FIA GT Manufacturers Cup season, Maserati is releasing this limited edition vehicle to celebrate, and the 2006 Maserati GranSport MC Victory will surely be at the top of many people’s wish lists. Paying tribute the winning MC12 race car, this vehicle also sports patriotic Italian flags on the front fenders.

The ultra-high end carmaker hasn’t mentioned anything about what’s under the hood, but given that it is Maserati, after all, you will not be disappointed when they do. No choice of colours here, because they’re only making this car in blue. Look for carbon front and rear spoilers, as well as carbon-colored wheels. The classic styling will immediately catch some eyes, but isn’t aggressively over-the-top like many other supercars.

If you want one (and can afford the unannounced but likely high price tag), you better get your name on the list soon because Maserati is only making 180 of these coupes. By the time the Geneva show wraps up, where this car will be officially unveiled, you can surely expect that Maserati will be more or less sold out of its GranSport MC Victory.
