E-Paper is one hot invention. It’s a flexible material that can change appearance, making it perfect for newspaper or e-book reading, but now it seems like the technology is being implemented into fashion as well.
The Chameleon E-Paper carry bag uses the material as its main body, and makes use of simple lines “to emphasize the change of the pattern.” It seems like the elasticity and tension is the key to the design. Dreamed up by Duck Image, this bag can be carried on your hand or slung over your shoulder.
If it wasn’t enough that you can change the bag’s appearance, it also features electroluminescence as well. You can control the changing of patterns and the turning on and off of the EL through a simple remote.
No word on pricing or launch date, but ladies, if you’re looking to stick out from the crowd (electroluminescence would do that), the Duck Image Chameleon E-Paper carry bag might be right up your alley.
