Tired of the awkward interfaces found on some digital cameras? Well Pentax has come up with a solution that looks like it just might be that much more intuitive, because the company’s new T10 features a 3-inch touch panel LCD. Well, this isn’t exactly anything new, because Sony already introduced the concept to the market with its Sony DSC-N1 last year.

That said, this is still a great product, because through the touchscreen interface, users can make mini PhotoShop-like changes to their snapshots, including adding drawings, stamps, and picture frames. Don’t expect a heck of a lot here, but it is a nice fun addition.

The technical specs include a decent 6.0-megapixel sensor, 3x optical zoom, and 30fps video capture at 640×480. The 12 megabytes of internal storage are far from adequate, so you’ll definitely need some extra memory cards here.

Look for the Pentax Optio T10 digital camera to drop some time this March at a price of $349.99.
