For many people, having a web server of their own would be a nice luxury, but it isn’t worth the expense. Well, now a web server is easily within reach thanks to the WebServUSB, the world’s smallest USB web server.

You can turn any PC into an Intranet or Internet based web server just by plugging it into the USB port. The WebServUSB comes with a full featured web server programmed onto the Flash memory of the device. It features HTTP and FTP web services and also sports an email server program with POP3 and SMTP capabilities. All of the functions can be transferred to whichever computer it is plugged into without additional software. If you want, you can use a Dynamic DNS service to set up a portable domain name that can be accessed on whichever computer the device is plugged into. It provides all sorts of flexibility and ease for web developers of any experience level.

The WebServUSB comes in sizes from 128MB to 1GB and starts at $89.95.
