If you are a huge X-Men fan, and like playing games on your mobile, then you are really going to like X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse, which is now available from Marvel Mobile. It is based on the console version created by Activision in partnership with Marvel, and has been published in mobile form by MFORMA.

Just like the console game, you can make your own Super Hero dream team using X-Men and Brotherhood villains in the mobile version. The storyline is also the same – the X-Men have to get over their hatred of the Brotherhood and team up with them to save the world from the attack of the evil Apocalypse. It sounds scary. Thank goodness for the X-Men. There’s one nifty feature – when you beat Apocalypse on the phone you get a cheat code for the console version which unlocks unique content.

There are 15 levels to the game, which you have to overcome using your choice of X-Men Wolverine, Cyclops and Storm or Brotherhood baddies Magneto and Juggernaut. You choose the weapons and plan the attacks, being sure to incorporate the special mutant abilities of each character.
