Will you love to watch a music video of your favorite song each time your mobile rings? If the answer is yes, then there is some exciting news for users of Nokia Series 60 handset users in India. Taking the concept of a simple ring announcing an incoming call, one large step further, Nokia has now launched “Videotones” for its Series 60 handsets.

With mobile phones now evolving as a new form of entertainment, downloading content for mobiles is becoming more frequent, Nokia hopes that in this scenario, “Videotones” will add a new dimension to it.

“Videotones” can be defined as short video clips that will play and announce each incoming call along with the callers’ name. A wide selection of videotones is available for users to choose and pick ranging from Indi pop, Bollywood numbers and international albums.

Users of Nokia Series 60 handsets can download these “Videotones” through GPRS by sending an SMS; each videotone cost Rs. 20 to download.
