Budget ILO 1GB MP3 player, where else but Walmart

If you’re looking for a cheap MP3 player with some decent storage space, your local Walmart might have exactly what you’re looking for. The Walmart-exclusive Siren brand is now offering a 1GB MP3 player. Manufactured by Siren, the flash-based ILO MP3 player is compatible with playsforsure DRM WMAs, including those downloaded from Walmart’s own music service. If you opt to buy online, you get your choice of five colours: white, pink, blue, red, and orange.

The sporty design is clearly reminiscent of Rio, and the price point certainly makes it an enticing buy. It’s even capable of voice recording and FM radio, along with USB 2.0 connectivity. This holiday season, if you’re looking for a frugally-minded digital audio player for your little cousin or nephew, that has all the bells and whistles of higher end players (the ILO comes with a black-and-white LCD screen…no colour for you), the ILO 1GB MP3 player may fit the bill perfectly. Pick one up for a mere $100 USD.
