Onkyo Launches Updated DS-A1 iPod Interface Dock

The DS-A1 Remote Interactive Dock for the iPod by Onkyo has been updated and is now compatible with Apple’s latest 5G iPod(video) and nano.

For your nano iPod, Onkyo has fitted its dock with a new adapter insert to fit the nano’s smaller dimensions. It will be featured on all new DS-A1 units but you can buy it online at Onkyo’s website as well.

The DS-A1 Remote Interactive Dock is really more than just another interface for your iPod. It charges your iPod while it is on the dock, has RCA stereo audio output, and video output so you can share your pictures with family and friends via the iPod photo slide show. The dock also offers you more freedom as you can now control it with your Onkyo remote control.

The Onkyo iPod dock is compatible with more than 90% of today’s Onkyo receivers, home theater systems and audio systems. If you have an Onkyo stereo receiver, an iPod, then you should have the DS-A1.
