The biggest change for this model is the quad-band CDMA with EV-do, meaning data transfer will sizzle. Other than that it looks like the earlier model – 2.8 inch QVGA display, Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition, integrated thumbboard, 64MB of RAM, 128MB of non-volatile memory, Bluetooth, stereo speakers, speakerphone, SDIO capable SD/MMC expansion slot. There are lots of features to make you happy.
We should see the new model in time for the holidays. The i730 is carried by Verizon, so we may very well see the i830 there, too.
