Wi-Fi for your Windows CE phone

If you have a Windows SmartPhone and the lack of Wi-Fi is getting you down, then you need to check out the new Wi-Fi CF Card by Sophia Systems. The Compact Flash card just slips into the slot and presto, you have Wi-Fi access. The card also allows access into the PHS Net. The card is limted by the fact that it is so far only available on Windows CE phones, but a Windows Mobile version is expected before the year is out.

No word yet on what the card will cost you, but once they get the full line out there is good reason to be excited about this concept. Freedom is a good thing, but these addons tend to always come around a tad late in the game. Most up and coming Windows Smartphones should ship with Wi-Fi built-in.
