Electronic Arts of Redwood City, California announced on Monday plans for the release of the James Bond classic From Russia With Love for Sony Playstation Portable (PSP) in early 2006.
Based on the classic Bond flic, From Russia With Love, the videogame will feature new plot twists and a slew of cool new gadgets, gizmos and goodies to help players connect to the James Bond experience – on the go. Legendary Bond Sir Sean Connery even lends his voice and likeness to the project to increase the game’s authenticity; a first for Scotland’s favourite son.
Joining 007, Q, Miss Moneypenny and SPECTRE’s Rossa “He seems fit enough” Klebb make in-game appearances and will add to the experience.
Few details about the PSP version have been released, however it is expected to retain the same third-person perspective game engine from the console versions, including stealth and driving missions.
Officially licensed by MGM Interactive, From Russia With Love will be available to console gamers this Fall.
