iPorn – Guba Delivers Naughty Bits To Your iPod

It had to happen; first came the video, now comes the porn. Or at least an easier way to get it on your iPod.

Guba is here, a subscription-only search engine that harvests video content from Usenet newsgroups and converts it into iPod-format (H.264) files.

While Guba does offer wholesome, family friendly content, the biggest draw is x-rated material.

“We can kid ourselves”, says Guba Chief Executive Thomas McInerney “but in the end it’s probably porn that people want.” And he’s probably right. Usenet has been around a long time and has become an enormously large and popular repository for adult and pirated content.

The search engine specifically wades through Usenet’s multi-media content, not indexed by Yahoo or Google, and converts video into standard formats allowing user to enjoy streamed content directly from Guba’s website.

And ultimately onto your iPod.

Porn and iPod enthusiasts can subscribe to Guba for $14.95 a month.
