Starbucks outlets in Canada will offer patrons wireless internet service while sipping on hot latte’s. To make this happen, US-based coffee retailer major Starbucks and Bell Canada have announced an association.

According to Starbucks, the internet users in these outlets will be offered a host of add on services. Says Colin Moore, a president rank official of the company, “Our customers will find that Wi-Fi service at Starbucks comes with great extras, like the ability to listen to free music clips from CDs featured in our stores.”

In the initial phase, the partners in the project have decided to first introduce the so-called wireless hotspots at 140 Starbucks stores in Ontario. And in the next one year, the service will be gradually extended to over 400 coffee shops in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
