Samsung Electronics this week announced their collaboration with XM and the release of the Samsung neXus XM Satellite Radio/MP3 Player.

The player will allow listeners to tune in and store 50 hours of content (1GB storage, or 25 hours on the 512MB model). Digital content can be played anywhere, allowing for total portable listening for XM users. File tagging also let’s users purchase the song they have just heard through the XM + Napster online service.

It is expected out by Q4 2005, it measures 3.4 x 1.9 x 0.7-inches, no price set.
