Directed Mobile Media PMP3520

Directed Mobile, a company that is known for quality car audio and remote starters, has decided to step into the portable media player arena with their own version of PMP. The Directed Mobile Media Personal Media Player, or PMP3520 for short, will feature all the goodies you would expect from a PMP including playing music, watching videos, sharing photos and storing data.

One feature that stands out is the ability to connect other devices to the Mini USB On-The-Go port that lets you support ‘peer to peer’ applications. Say what? Well, you can connect to your buddy’s MP3 player and rip the music off of it straight through a file browser.

The PMP3520 will sport a 20GB HDD and houses a 3.5-inch TFT LCD screen. Supported video and audio codecs include; DivX, MPEG4, WMV, AVI, MOV, MP3 and WAV. The device will also please the amateur photographer with its built in SD and MMC card reader to store, and view your JPG, BMP, TIF and GIF files. Video recording, voice recording, video output/input and FM receiving is also on the spec card.
