PNY Technologies Releases Outdoor Attache Drive

PNY Technologies of UK has introduced the Outdoor Attaché USB 2.0 key, a flash drive that can accompany you outdoors. What use your flash drive would have when camping or on a hike is beyond me, hence the camping style design to it, but it is crash-proof and weather-proof, so the 256MB, 512MB or 1GB of data you have is surely kept safe.

The Outdoor Attaché USB 2.0 key was initially launched in June but a 1GB variant will be ready for all you techie and outdoor enthusiasts come end of July. The USB flash drive is available exclusively from PC World.

And because the device is meant for outdoor use, it has a very trendy design as well. Its outer shell is made entirely of rubber material painted in hip, and stylish colors. It even has a 20cm USB extension cable, a neck cord and a portable
clasp. Will it compete with the Corsair Flash Voyager? Who knows, but the all-rubber design is a good sign.
