The system will play MP3 and oddly enough, RM files, thanks to the built-in RealOne Player. I personally hate all RM and Real files simply due to the fact that the RealOne Player for desktops literally takes over your computer, It would be better off being called iScream. Why they don’t allow DiVX and XViD is beyond me, probably due to some horrible arrangement with Real.
The iScreen is surprisingly small, it measures 5.2 x 3.3 x 1.3 inches and weighs 350g, but lets not forget that it only has a 3.5-inch LCD capable of 320×240 resolution. In the other hand you have the latest Archos AV700, this measures 8.2 x 4.2 x 0.8 inches and is also a 100GB portable video player. However the AV700 has a huge 7-inch LCD and will run you just over US $730. It all depends on how big your pocket is, literally.
The battery in the iScreen PV 330 is a 7.4V 1800mAh rechargeable Li-Ion, it is rated at 4 hours of video playback. Video output is supported by the RCA 3-in-1 input/output connection.
