Casio Exilim EX-S500 Card-sized camera

Casio’s latest creation is the EXILIM EX-S500, a 5 megapixel card-sized powerhouse that is capable of recording high-resolution MPEG-4 video as well as snapping 5 megapixel digital photos.

Shipping this July to Europe for around US $545, the EX-S500 will be available in three colours, “Nordic Silver”, “Brilliant Grey” and “Latin Orange”. A huge 2.2-inch TFT colour display lets you easily view your photographs, it also has a 3x optical zoom lens with Anti-Shake DSP.

Movie captures are 640×480 at 30fps, with a Past Movie function, this enables recording of five seconds prior to the shutter button being pressed.
