Telus Mobility Launches Audiovox 6600 Pocket PC

Canadian provider Telus Mobility is launching the Audiovox 6600 Pocket PC with a built in VGA camera. The 6600 is already offered in the US on Verizon and Sprint wireless networks.

The 6600 PPC features Intel’s XScale 400 MHz processor which runs Microsoft’s Windows Mobile OS. The handheld also features a sliding form factor that reveals a full QWERTY keyboard. Other goodies include a internal antenna, Bluetooth, SD I/O card slot, MP3 player, and the full suite of Windows Mobile Software.

The unit should be available soon across Canada for a price of $349.99 on a three-year contract or a bone crushing $749.99 with no contract.
