Samsung p777 Ships on Cingular

Samsung has recently shipped the p777 1.3 megapixel camera/camcorder handset with 4x zoom and movie light to Cingular for exclusive distribution. The p777 is a tri-band slider style phone, it’s one of the new high-speed, high-bandwidth multimedia phones that takes full advantage of EDGE capabilities.

While it features AOL Instant Messenger, one hour of video recording, MP3 playback, EasyStudio II File Manager software, and 100MB of internal memory, there still is no expandable memory capabilities so you are limited to the internal memory, but still can transfer data back and forth over USB.

The Samsung p777 is already available from Cingular and sells for $299.99 with a two-year.
