E-TEN’s M500 Hits the Streets In Taiwan

E-TEN’s Microsoft Windows Mobile Software based Pocket PC Phone has hit the streets in Taiwan reports Pocket Pc Thoughts. This quad-band GSM/GPRS phone features a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, and a 400mhz processor. Also, a full range of business and personal applications within the MS Windows Mobile Software are included.

The 1.3 megapixel camera comes with 4x digital zoom as well as the ability to capture video. The phone will include 130mb built in as well as a SDIO slot to expand even further.

The only thing it lacks; WiFi and a VGA screen.

No word on if the device will make it to North America.
