The iPort from Sonance is a wall mounted cradle that can be built into your house that connects to a home audio system. Basically, it’s a cradle for your iPod with an included wall face that lets you cradle the device and it will play through your stereo. It doesn’t have to be wall mounted but for the price I wouldn’t be able to justify it for normal use. It also has built in RF receivers to allow you to use a remote to control your iPod.

As for pricing and availability, the iPort will be available in February for $598 US. (ouch my wallet)
