Toshiba RD-17V1 Hybrid LCD TV

Toshiba Japan has announced the RD-17V1 hybrid LCD TV with DVD recorder and internal 160 GB hard drive. This is the world’s first combo device to use these components all in one unit, the 17-inch 1280 x 768 LCD will display movies from DVD, Hard drive and HDTV. It will also record video to the hard drive or DVD-R from the video inputs, or allow for a PC to connect via the analog RGB input. Available only in Japan, the RD-17V1 will cost approximately $1500 USD.
