A sophisticated looking handset with BREW capabilities, VGA auto focus camera and MP3 ringtones will be available on Verizon Wireless this Friday, the Motorola V265.

This is the second of the Motorola V series handsets Verizon will carry, the Motorola V710 was released in the summer.

The new V265 sells for $99.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate and a two-year contract.
