According to The Inquirer, Benq will begin shipping their S700 mobile handset, loaded with multimedia features, worldwide. It boasts a 1.3 megapixel camera with special effects capable of capturing 1280 x 960 stills, or video recording at five different impressive resolutions, most importantly 352 x 288 at 15fps or 176 x 144 at 30 fps. The S700 comes with a 32MB mini SD card and mini SD adaptor, for storing your favorite MP3 tracks and MPEG-4 videos.
