Sanyo Electric unveiled a prototype CDMA 2000 1X EV-DO cellphone with digital TV tuner, 2 megapixel camera and 2.4-inch 260K LCD. The TV phone supports the H.264/MPEG-4 codec at 320 x 240 15fps. Weighing 150g and measuring 102 x 50 x 28 mm, consumers can watch two hours of TV on a single charge.
