Concord Camera next week at Photokina in Cologne, Germany will unveil their new WIT (Wireless Image Transfer) technology for digital cameras. With a WIT-enabled module plugged into your camera’s USB port, you can transfer images over Wi-Fi 802.11b and g standards.

WIT will enable you to transmit a 4 megapixel image at 1/10th of a second and video clips at up to 54MB per second by e-mail or FTP via your Wi-Fi connection. Nikon last week unveiled the use of PTP/IP in their WT-2 wireless transmitter for the Nikon D2X Pro DSLR.
