AT&T Wireless is planning to launch the ogo clamshell instant-messaging device. The nice thing about it is the design, it looks thin and compact, easy to keep in your pocket and will be the first device in North America to feature PMG (Personal Mobile Gateway), a technology based on Bluetooth developed by IXI Mobile.

The PMG gateway will allow the ogo to connect to nearby cameras, watches, digital pens, portable gaming systems, audio players even a mobile phone for voice communication. Ogo supports e-mail and instant messaging from AOL, MSN and Yahoo!. The dual-band GSM ogo will sell anywhere from $14.99 to $19.99 a month depending on conracts.
