The Podi — Lawsuit Time? or Great Marketing?

A company named THD has thrown a device together that looks, and sounds just like the device from our big brother friend. I give it a day or two before Apple’s lawyers jump all over THD for their new MP3 device called the Podi. The device also comes with a 4GB internal HDD, sound familiar? I guess this is one way to get publicity, hope it doesn’t get them in trouble!
