The first megapixel phone to come from Sharp will be available for T-Mobile USA subscribers. The TM-150 has a flip phone design that keeps the dimensions small, at 94 x 49 x 24 mm and weighing only 100 grams. A 2.2-inch 262 thousand colour display is packed inside, as well as an external LCD for caller id, clock and picture display.

The TM-150 also adds an external SD slot for extra image storage. With a price tag of $350 USD, it doesn’t come cheap, however it does support tri-band 900/1800/1900 MHz GSM/GPRS for global coverage including a class 10 GPRS radio.
