Rio Carbon 5GB MP3 Player Released this Month

Rio Audio will release an iPod Mini class device this month in the US. The Rio Carbon is a 5GB MP3 player that will give you a shocking 20 hours of playback on a single charge, as compared to only half that by the iPod Mini.

With an ultra-thin, tapered design, its around the size of a business card and will transfer data via USB 2.0. The 5GB device will retail for only $249 and is said to support Microsoft’s new DRM platform.
