What if you have vital information in your cell phone, particulary e-wallet service and if you loose a cell phone? Others can get your information? Not any more. The Japanese venture firm SuperWave Co, Ltd has created a wireless module which can disable your wireless phone if it is separated from you. How this works?
The new wireless module is typically used in pairs. A module installed in a device would disable the mobile phone when the distance widens between the other module kept in your pocket or key chain. As a result, the communication between the two devices will become impossible.
The communication module, which SuperWave created on a trial basis, uses a weak radio frequency band of 300MHz and has been patented in Japan and the United States.
