Girl Burned from Exploding Cellphone

This is getting a bit out of hand, all these exploding cellphone batteries, could it be the Aftermarket crap? The FCC better do something before someone gets hurt, oh wait, someone already did get hurt.

Witnesses told police they thought it was fireworks, being close to 4th of July and all, the girl had no idea what was even happening. Her pocket exploded into smoke and flames giving her 2nd degree burns. I hope she had her address book backed up.
