Kowa Prominar TD-1 1350mm Zoom Digital Camera

Kowa Prominar has released the TD-1 digital spotting scope with a 450 – 1350 mm F2.8 – F4.0 zoom lens. The system will record images at 3.14 megapixels and has a true TTL optical viewfinder with a maximum ISO sensitivity of 200. It would be very difficult to get a sharp photo out of this with the slow ISO and enormous focal distance, you would need a very stable tripod and still subject to achieve anything descent. It might do the trick for astrophotography.
