Apex PD-840 8.4-Inch Portable DVD Player

Apex Digital has added the PD-840 portable DVD player with 8.4-inch LCD display to their product line.

It will list for around $325 and feature the ability to play multi-format DVD/CDs, CD-R/RW, DVD+/-R/RW, MP3 audio and Kodak Picture CDs. Movies will look nice on an 8.4-inch viewable display but a bit pricey for most. Apex will also release a 7.1-inch version that will sell for $199, a 6.6-inch for $190 and a 5-inch for $150.
